Shipping Information
Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 3 business days of order placement.
Shipping Times

Domestic(Netherlands): 1–3 business days after dispatch

EU(European Union): 3–5 business days after dispatch

UK: 4–6 business days after dispatch

International: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Tracking
Tracking is provided on all orders. Your tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible, as order processing will have already begun.
If your cancellation request falls within the 24-hour window:

We will cancel the order and issue store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
If the 24-hour window has passed:

The order cannot be cancelled.
Returns
We only accept returns if the item received is faulty or defective on delivery.
To request a return:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Attach photo or video evidence of the issue.

The item must be unwashed and in original condition.
If approved, we will:

Replace the item if stock is available, or
-
Issue store credit or a refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible, but only through consultation and as soon as possible after delivery.
Please reach out to us ASAP if you need to exchange an item.
Exchange conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

The replacement item must be the same price and in stock.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the mistake was on our side.
If the requested size or variant is out of stock, you may:

Receive store credit of equal value.
