Shipping: All non pre order items ship within 5 business days

Pre order is when we accept orders on a product for fixed and communicated amount of time, we accept all orders during this period then close up the website. After the website is closed The manufacturing unit begins production, The manufacturing team takes 14 working days for production, all orders will be shipped out immediately after. Specific shipping periods are communicated via email when your order has been shipped. 

Exchange: exchanging sizes for pieces is allowed if there is stock on hand, reach out to us via the communication page on our website to enquire if you can exchange any garments.
