These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through Pour Les Gens. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including the shipping address, contact details, product selection and sizing, is correct.

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Shipping

All non-pre-order items are dispatched within 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping times shown at checkout or elsewhere on our website are estimates and do not include our processing period unless explicitly stated.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Pour Les Gens is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect address information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer before an order is reshipped.

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us through the contact page on our online store so that we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows customers to purchase a product before production has been completed.

Pre-orders are accepted for a fixed period communicated on our website. Once the pre-order period closes, the manufacturing process begins.

Unless otherwise communicated for a specific release, production is expected to take approximately 14 working daysafter the pre-order period closes.

Orders will be prepared for shipment once production is completed. Please note that production timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, quality-control, logistics, or other unexpected delays.

Where possible, customers will be informed of significant delays.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order product is ready unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Refunds

Except where required by applicable consumer law, purchases are considered final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us through the contact page on our online store with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

If a shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, please contact us so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, contact us through the contact page on our website and provide your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Items submitted for exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with any original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary size exchanges unless otherwise required by applicable law or the exchange is necessary because we sent an incorrect or faulty item.

We cannot guarantee that your requested replacement size will remain available while your return is in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the problem.

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing faults.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Pour Les Gens.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, materials, measurements and other details accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and the customer's screen or device. Certain handmade, washed, distressed, dyed, waxed, leather, or individually finished products may also have natural variations between pieces.

Measurements provided on our website are approximate and minor variations may occur during production.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless otherwise required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Pour Les Gens website, including designs, graphics, photographs, logos, product names, artwork, text and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Pour Les Gens unless otherwise stated.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pour Les Gens will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
